  • Design and development of a custom CRM on Laravel 13 that fully replaces the previous WordPress-based one.
  • Full sales cycle: leads, opportunities with a funnel, versioned quotes the client accepts and pays online (Stripe), itineraries and client-facing deliverables.
  • Running the business inside the CRM: payment plans, supplier payments, invoicing, season cash flow, roles with fine-grained permissions and an automation engine.
  • Production rollout and operations: Docker, a pre-production environment, encrypted backups, Microsoft 365 integration and CI with static analysis.
